Welcome to the Monterey Bay Chapter of NARPM!
NARPM is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family homes and small residential properties.
NARPM promotes a high standard of business ethics, professionalism, and fair housing practices and it's members subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics.
NARPM Monterey Bay Chapter members are located in the Central California Coastal Area. if you are an owner looking for a Property Manager to manage your home or investment property in our area, you will find the professional you are looking for among our members. If you are a renter seeking information on available rental properties in our area, you will find the professional property manager who understands your needs and concerns.

Monterey Bay NARPM Chapter has hosted the California State Conference in 1999 and 2007.

If you are a property manager in our local area or are just curious to learn more about our industry we encourage you to join us at one of our monthly meetings. We would also be delighted if you joined NARPM and our local chapter as a member. We meet every third thursday of the month at A.J. Spurs restaurant. We meet from 11:30 - 1:30.
